Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it's a question of my poor english.
I was not speaking of the horizon "line", but the horizon "band", which is just above, rising towards zenith on 360°, whith a height of about 8 degrees, and fading from the horizon line to the top of the band.
I know that if I toggle off the ground, I can see the horizon line which is like a trail line, with a mark each ten degrees.
And if I right-click upon this line, I get an Horizon window, and I can choose the color I want for it, as you describe it. That's OK, but it's not my problem!
And, if I right-click on any part of the blue band, nothing happends, except the cross hair going to the nearest object, and I don't know how to decrease the brightness of the blue of this band.

Quickest way to decrease the brightness of the blue horizon: right-click on it.
You'll get a dialog box that says "Horizon", with the usual buttons. Click on
"Display", and you'll get the usual controls to turn the horizon on/off, or
change its color, or make it dotted, dashed, or solid.
