I know this has been addressed before, but I have not been able to find it in the archives.

When you reinstall Guide 8, what files should you backup in order to keep you customized settings...such as toolbars, legend, level sizes, etc.?

After reinstalling from the CD, will d/l and installing the latest update version bring everything back to the 'current' status?

I'm an old time Guide user and I should 'know' this ;) so please refresh my memory.
