Could you give some detail as to exactly what isn't working?
What happens when you click on "Get A2.0 from Internet"? Do
you get any error message(s)? If you go into Extras... Toggle
User Datasets, and look at "USNO A2.0 data (downloaded from
VizieR), is that dataset turned on? When you click on that
entry and get the display control dialog for the dataset, it
should tell you the fields of view at which A2.0 data are shown;
perhaps you are outside that range?

I thought it might be a server problem, but just gave this
function a try and was able to download A2.0 data.

How about other Internet download options in Extras... Get
Star Catalog Data? Do any of them work for you?
