When using the TLE fetching system in Guide, I get small dialog boxes with
one of these messages:
- Download / Unknown error! / OK
- Download / tear2.INI / OK
The only thing to do is to click OK.
Eventually, a .zip file is created with size 0 in the Guide directory.

I use the 23 feb 2005 version under WinXPpro, and I have r/w permissions on
the directory where Guide is installed.

The firewall I use detects that Tear32 tries to access Internet and I gave
it the authorization.

An idea of what goes wrong ?
