Hi Ray,

You're right; on your Micro-Guider 5 based system (and all other encoder
based systems), the various "slew/guide/find/center" radio buttons, and
the directional controls, have no function whatsoever. About all you can
do is use "Slew Guide" (which will cause Guide to show you a chart centered
on whatever point the scope is aimed at) and/or "Slew Telescope" (Guide will
show a red indicator of where the scope is pointed; the chart will update
if the scope moves off the area covered on-screen.)
