Hi Ray,

Guide will retain the alignment data, including the information as
to what flavor of scope (equatorial, alt/az, etc.) you happen to be
using. To fix this, delete the file 'align.dat'.

The two-star alignment allows Guide to determine the difference
between clockwise and counterclockwise on each axis. In theory, at
least, it ought to be possible to do the two-star alignment once;
then Guide would store which way is which, and you would only do
two or multi-star alignment in order to get better pointing accuracy.
But Guide doesn't do that right now.
