I've just noticed that when using shortcut key "Alt-0" zero to set time to 0 hour UT, it now set the time to 0 hour local time.

Was this changed in the last update or is it possibly a new bug? I'm using the Feb 23 update.

That key sequence was nice to use to set the 0 hour UT when adding tracks for asteroids and comets.
