Hi Bill !

Some time ago I asked you, in private mail, to also post a zip file
on your web site where that zip file would contain all the other
files. This would be to make it easier to download and have a local
copy of your site, and to keep the local copy up-to-date whenever you
make updates. You responded that your internet connection was via a
modem, and that it would be too slow to upload such a zip file
whenever you've made any updates. This is of course a very reasonable
reason for not wanting to doing this.

So I have another suggestion which would consume much less bandwidth
for you: could you please, whenever you've made an update to your
site, also post a list of all files there, with the date of upload,
where the files are ordered after the upload date+time? Presuming
you keep a local copy of your site yourself, and presuming you upload
your modified files fairly shortly after you've modified them, the
date/time stamps of your corresponding local files would do (you
could always TOUCH those of your local files you upload, shortly
before uploading them, to keep the local time stamp reasonably in
sync with your upload time). Then I could easily see which files I
needed to download whenever I wanted to update my locla copy of your
web site.

A good name of the file list file would be e.g. files.lst
