2 small bugs
Bertrand Laville Mar 3, 2005
Hi Bill, and all users,
I've found out two small oddities in running Guide.
The first one is probably old. When you go in Go to / Calaxy / Commun name, you can find that the Pipe nebula is centered on NGC 1267, and thus, in Perseus ! This come from a trubble between NGC 1267 and NGC 1287, which is the right one.
The other bug is located in the new extra file concerning gravitational lenses. If you zoom, for example, at level 10, go to, say, Twin quasars, all is right: you right click on it, open the "more info" window, and see the list of all the 19 GL. You can sort them, and if you click on anyone, you go to it.
But, if you unzoom at a large level, say 4 or less, you can see the icons of a lot of them, if not all, in and surrounding Orion constellation, since, of course, you set "show" at the scale of the given level. Moreover, if you click on one of these wrong icons, the info window dont displays data correctly.
I assume, and hope, Bill, these two little problems are easy to fix.
Regards
Bertrand
