Hi Bill and all Guide users,

Dr.Kelso of the Celestrak web site has created a program to download and
process element files from Space-Track.org that one can use after
registering with the site. It can be downloaded free from this site...

http://celestrak.com/SpaceTrack/TLERetrieverHelp.asp

Just click on the "version 1.3.0" under the heading "Latest Version"
