I can't claim that there's an _easy_ way, but it _can_ be done,
via an undocumented method. You download a batch of elements from
Horizons, then add an entry to 'probes.dat'. I'll document this
when I'm sitting in front of my usual machine. It's the method
Guide uses for Cassini, Galileo, et. al.
