Greetings. I am having a problem with downloading satellite data
throught the automatic download "Visual.tle" under Settings. I get a
box labeled "Download" with the following listed message, "8# and a
picture of a small square box" and a place to click OK. At this
point the program stops responding and is just sitting there ringing
a bell over and over again no matter how many times I click OK. I
have to cut the computer off and on to get rid of it. Also when I
went in before cutting off the computer I tried removing the Guide
program from the computer, but could not due to an "Error Deleting
File or Folder". I get "Cannot Delete tear2.exe: Access is denied.
The source file may be in use." This worked before. Now it does not.

Also whatever happened to the problem I sent you about printing a
back and white chart of a deepsky object. I sent back to you a reply
as to actually what happened explaining the various steps I went
through to get this crash. As you may remember the program crashes
when you try to print out this simple chart. It goes into a memory
dump. And this is just to print a simple black and white chart of a
galaxy.

Needless to say I find Guide aggravating to use sometimes.
