I am currently running the 1 Oct. 2003 version of Guide 8 and would
like to update to the latest version.
However, I would also like to retain all my current settings since
they took me a long time to fine-tune and don't want to go thru the
torture of resetting everything, especially since I don't have a
record of what I did during the past few years.

Will running the update reset to original defaults, or will it keep
all seeings alone?
