Hi Bill

I'm having problems using GUIDE 8 on my WinCTC with a USB to Serial
converter. It worked very well with the true RS232 port but unfortunately
the port got damaged somehow. Other software like WinCTC work fine with the
USB to Serial converter but not GUIDE. Please advice.
