Select [Overlays] -> [Toggle overlay on/off ...] , then choose
"Constellation lines" and click "OK" button.
Then enter view angle of minimun/maximun for constellation lines
in "Show at" box.
If it display " 9 - 91 " , you may change it as " 9 - 180 ".

After that, you can see constellation lines on Level 1.
