"As you might already know, after 2005 March 31, there will be
problems with TLE data source. It seems that www.space-track.org will
be the only one source for orbital elements. Space-Track's User
Agreement contains the "NO REDISTRIBUTION OF DATA" restriction,
so everyone should get user account on www.space-track.org to avoid
problem with current TLE after March 2005."

Does this mean it is then not possible to update the TLE-files for
Guides satellite database?
Any comments?
