Agreed! But in this particular case it's a comet that has the orbital
elements of a periodic comet, but the comet has ceased to exist it
seems. I'm searching for comets I can observe, but when I find that a
comet no longer exists it should be possible to mark it as such
perhaps (ie. hide it), rather than deleting it. I guess it would
appear again if you update the data from MPC again?

Actually I didn't find it there. Did I miss it by oversight, or is
this list special in any way? Does if show all comets or just the
current comets or something.
