I suspect that it is an error in the magnitude data. I you use Quick Info
and that the setting to pick up comet less than mag 11, this comet will
appear. Last Sunday, I made a chart and try to catch it, but failed.

After that, I find out that this comet is around mag 14 according to a
Deutsch Komet site. So I suspect that the magnitude in the file
incorporated to GUIDE had bad data about the magnitude.
