if I'm not totally mistaken, this was part of the October 2 update of Guide. Hit
Alt-J and enter MIN_IMG_SIZE=30 to omit DSS images less than 30 pixels on a
side. Experiment to find the pixel count that suits your needs.

Actually the MIN_IMG_SIZE=30 yields a very managable number of images. Fewer
than you'd like perhaps.
