A list of all files on the Guide website (currently updated through August
12 but goes all the way back to 1996!) is at
http://www.projectpluto.com/files.htm The list is by date, but a page
search easily found "occ2004.zip" listed there. Also, the "Extra" features
linked at Project Pluto's home page shows:

(16 May 2003) Ability to list/display asteroid occultations for 2004
(1 June 2004) Ability to list/display asteroid occultations for 2005
