Bill,

When trying to update TLEs, comets, or asteroids the screen just blinks and
hour glass comes for a second and that is it. There is no downloading.

I went to McCant's Satellite page and downloaded the TLEs. Progress Dialog
came up and worked with no problem. Same with the MPC.

Hmmm... what happens when you attempt to download TLEs or MPC
elements? Do you get the "progress" dialog? Does _anything_
happen?
