Hi Ben,

Try this: put the first Guide CD back into the hard drive. Guide
will copy over the file needed for large toolbar buttons, and it'll
hang around on the hard drive; you can remove the Guide CD, and the
large buttons will remain.

(The 'go back to previous screen' button, and a few of the more
recently added buttons, exist in the update file in both small and
large forms. That's why Guide could find a large button for that
function, but not for the others whose large buttons exist only on
the Guide CD.)
