Errmmmm... a clarification: the fix in question is _not_ posted yet.
I've made the change, but it'll be a while before I post an update.
(When I do, it'll contain at least a few more fixes and improvements.
Dunno quite what they'll be yet, but there will be some.)

John, about how to install an update: all you need do is unZIP
the 'guide8.zip' file in your Guide folder. DO NOT unZIP the .exe
file and stop there. You MUST unZIP _everything_ in the 'guide8.zip'
file. As is described on the update page,

this will overwrite some existing files, and add some new ones to
your Guide directory. That's the way it's supposed to work.
