I am sorry to have mislead some people. Let me clarify. The program will
work under both Framework versions. You must have one of the versions
installed. I will amend my web pages. I have tested the program under
v1.1 and it works fine. Something I should have done earlier. My
confusion came from using VS.net 2002 which requires v1.0 only and will
not work with v1.1.

Yes, both versions can actually be installed and co-exist on your
system. The program will look for 1.0 but will use 1.1 if it does not
exist. The difference between the versions is little. v1.1 has added
features for mobile,IP a few others.

Bill,

the program uses your SGP4/SDP4 codes. Minor changes were needed to
adapt to vb.net. I have also tried making all my function codes and
SGP4/SDP4 into a C++ compiled dll which I access with the program, work
just fine.
