What is the difference between UT and UTC times in Guide8b? I tried
a test and got the following 3 times displayed (2 at a time by using
the display secondary time command):

May 25, 2004 08:05:44.40 CDT
May 25, 2004 13:05:44.40 UT
May 25, 2004 13:05:46.37 UTC
Delta-T=66.16

The UTC number doesn't make sense to me as it is nearly 2 seconds
ahead of UT. Is UT supposed to be UT1, UT2, or something else. UT
must be correct because it is exactly 5 hours ahead of CDT (central
daylight time in the U.S.A). According to USNO the current
difference between UT1 and UTC is less than 1 second, so again the
above doesn't make sense to me.

Can someone explain how guide gets UTC and how it should relate to
Guide's UT time? Thanks.
