Hi Bill and all,
My primary interest is in delta-T and historical eclipses, so I use LMT in
testing different equations for delta-T in order to show the sky as it
would have been observed for a given eclipse. I tried adding GMT as the
second time, but found it will not show the date in the Julian calendar.
When the basic time is formatted as LMT and set for a date and time in the
Julian calendar, and the second time is formatted as GMT, the time
difference is shown correctly but one shows the Julian date, the other
shows the Gregorian date.
In fact, if both are formatted the same, i.e. both GMT or both LMT, the two
times are identical but the dates are not. Is there a way to change the
format of the second time?
