I am puzzled by a difference in behavior between Guide on my PC and my
friend's PC. My friends tell me that when they move their mouse
outside of Guide's display, the RA and Dec values shown in the legend
snap back to the coordinates at the center of the display. On my PC,
when I move the mouse outside of the display, the RA and Dec legend
freezes at the values of the point where the mouse left the display.
I would prefer to have my legend show the center coordinates, like my
friends, since I often want the exact coordinates of an object I have
just brought up, but more importantly I can't figure out why Guide is
working differently for us.

I found a reference to '<' being a hot-key which toggles
mouse-following in the legend, but that key doesn't seem to have any
effect when I try it. What else could be causing this difference?
