HI Bill,

Yahoo has just implemented a thing called SpamGuard. It is causing many
legitimate messages on many Yahoo groups to get labeled as spam. The fix is
for the list owners to turn off SpamGuard. See instructions below.

IMHO, here are some reasons why list owners should turn off SpamGuard:

1. SpamGuard considers as spam just about any message that has more than one
addressee.

2. We subscribers still get the message, but it arrives as an ATTACHMENT!
That's the most common vector for transmitting viruses and other mal-ware. I
purposely avoid Yahoo groups that allow attachments, and here now, Yahoo
itself is deluging us with them.

3. It's only a matter of a (short) time before the bad guys figure out that
they have an easy avenue to spread their infections by incorporating their
evil stuff in messages that are designed to trigger SpamGuard.

Please turn off SpamGuard now.
