Greetings to the list!

A number of us are now using low-light video cameras for recording
star fields and it would be helpful if there is video camera frame
similar to the CCD frame, but with 4x3 proportions, the same ratio
as a TV screen.

Is there a way to easily create one or modify a file to change an
existing frame?
