Yes, the error you found happens here in Florida USA too. I am using
Guide version 18 Sep 2003.

I'm sure the author will sort this out and get back to us - in the
mean time enjoy the holidays! Some day we should compare the
miseries
of hunting asteroids in Siberia in the winter versus the Everglades
in
the summer!
