Hi Bill et al,

Is there any interest amongst the group for implementation of ascom
support in GUIDE? My object would be the ability to simultaneously
use GUIDE as well as other scope and camera control software to
operate and navigate. At the present, if any other "brand x"
software has access to the com port to the scope, it will not yield
to GUIDE unless brand x is shutdown altogether (unlike GUIDE, which
is much more conscientious in its use of the port).

I haven't seen any mention of this in the posts, but of course I may
have missed it, my apologies if this is old territory,
