Maybe one more bug(?) for the next update ;-) ?
I have a problem with asteroids after 10 may 2005 year in GUIDE8 (1 oct 2003
ver). Try "go to" asteroid, and even for Ceres GUIDE says "Not an asteroid" (9
may 2005 all minor planets are visible, but from the next date they hides). Is
it only for me?
It was the same problem some years ago, but I d'nt remember the solution :-((

Sergey.

P.S. And two possible ideas for GUIDE:
First - is it possible to add the "angular (visible) diameter" for main planets
in ephemeris items??? It seems more need for many observers than as "phase
angle" or "solar alt" options (and especially for the printable version of
ephemeris)...

And the second one: When we can see "Planet trails from animation", there are
four buttons accessible. "OK" and "Delete" are necessary. "Color" seems as
additional. And what about the "Next" - I think it's not very functional - is it
possible to change it's function to "Go to (date)"? Explanation: you choose "add
a trail" and see, that your object's track seems lying across the star or NGC
object. Click at this place and you have date and time for this event. It seems
to be useful to have a possibility "go to" your object at showed time with one
button press and to consider in full details for this event...

Sincerely,
Sergey.
P.P.S. And now I can see only 18 sep 2003 G8 version from the main Project Pluto
site.
