Hi Lawrence.

I too set the Lx200 speed to (2) at the beginning of the night and Guide
does indeed run the telescope at speed (2) not six. Do you make that speed
setting with the hand controller or from Guide? I always use the had
controller and that seems to set the slew rate on a goto from Guide. I do
have the "Classic LX200" not the Fancy GPS model.
