thanks for your support! It turned out that the latest update made it
work perfectly. Adjustments in the config file were not necessary ;-)

Is there a possibility to let GUIDE "autotrack" the position of the
scope? The map could be updated when the scope position is
approaching the limb of the map. IMO a marker for the scope's
position would be fine - right now I'm using a center cross but this
becomes meaningless after a short while when one uses an undriven
scope (dob) and the earth rotation makes the object drift away from
the position of the sync.

The "upload" of the user objects to the SkyCommander is awesome!
