Hi Robert,

That F9 reference sounds as if it might be an old one... one should
hit '%' to toggle colored vs. non-color stars.

Also, in the Star Display dialog, one can set the 'saturation'
level to be anywhere from 0% (star colors effectively off) to 100%
("full" star coloring). With the 100% setting, type M stars are
fire-engine red, O stars are bright blue, G stars canary yellow.
An intermediate setting gets you something a little more realistic,
with the stars tinted slightly away from a pure-white color.
