I think that is what you are seeing: A frozen time. If a way can
be found to make the time act like a clock, it will be correct.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't think this would be the cause of my problems. Except for
things like precesson, proper motion, nutation, etc equatorial
cooordinates are independant of time. When I ask Guide to slew the
telescope, it should send out the correct coordinates. Scope.exe (in
our case) then converts them to time dependant coordinates and moves
the telescope.
