Wouldn't it be nice if Guide could display star charts with
instrumental magnitudes. My CCD is much more sensitive to
red/infrared light. Sometimes with K or M spectral type stars, the
difference to Mv is more than 1mag. A simple transfer function based
on the spectral type or color index would be good enough. Another
nice feature would be a simulated CCD picture of the chosen field
(aka a 2d version of ccdlimit.bas and ccdlim2.bas by S&T + PSF)
