Jerry, what I meant by "set up to use V magnitudes" was "go into
Display... Star Display, and select Vj, i.e., Johnson V, from
the little combo box that appears in that dialog." (You can also
select assorted other photometric bands. But Vj is the default,
and I'd expect few to mess with it.)

Ray, dunno why the browser wouldn't let you save that file.
Perhaps it's a problem with an older browser? It could also have
something to do with the fact that the file is about half a megabyte;
it could start displaying right away, but might not be "saveable"
until the whole thing is downloaded.
