occultation map display & findorb

I found the right Guide_link on how_to display
asteroid occultation map paths.
very nice.
but, for better prediction web info says
>>Almost all of this astrometry now comes from FASTT data. These observations are accurate down to the .06 arcsecond level or so, as compared to the one-arcsecond level common in most astrometry. Given such data, you can use software such as <find_orb.htm>Find_Orb to compute a highly accurate orbit, for the epoch of the actual occultation.<<
trick phrase, "given such data" | or the current FASTT obs are
available where? I vaguely understand they end up at MPC eventually,
but to update with findorb, not sure where to find them.
(and I'm too much of a novice at this to be asking folks to send
me recent FASTT obs by direct email.
