Hi Bill and group,
For the past few years, I have been working in Alt Az mode.
Bill showed me how to create a Red area of sky where I should not point
my scope. This is because my CCD camera would hit the base of my scope.
Now I have completed a purpose built observatory and am going to use a
wedge in Equatorial mode.
Can someone tell me how to mark an area of sky, not to go, to in
equatorial mode?
The reason I need this is not just because of hitting the base, but
because I am remotely operating the scope.. hence I can't actually see
it!
Any help appreciated.
Best Regards
Alan
