The molczan files don't contain elements for geo objects unless they are known to flash because they are no longer in service and rotate, are it's a classfd object.

Better to try the

ftp://ftp.seds.org/pub/sat/satelem/

location for elements.

Are if you give me the details on the observation, I do a search :)
