If you have 'Show Ground' checked then you do not get access to the
Horizon edit window. Uncheck 'Show ground' in the backgroun window
and the Horizon will show. Right click on it and it will allow you
to make the appropriate changes for line style but not for thickness.

Note to that there is a bug. When you choose a line style it opens
the Asteroid window. I assume it is supposed to open a line setup
type tool?

I am using the lastest version of guide - not the pre-release
version.
