At my setup the time zone of the "first" (main) time will be displayed. Have
you checked the checkbox of "time zone" at the legend dialog?

What about user-defined colors (similar to the option for objects) for the
diffrent informations at legend?

One more suggestion:
At legend, I would prefer the display of leading zeros at the two time
options.
