Could some help a relative novice in Guide 7? I believe the program
should automatically change the star magnitudes viewed depending on the
Level one is using. That is, if I am running in level 4, which is a 20
degree field of view for me, at a limiting magnitude of 4 and then I
select Level 9, which is a 30 minute field of view, I would expect guide
to automatically select a greater magnitude level (say magnitude 9). In
my case the magnitude remains at 4.

Same thing happens when I go from Level 9, for example, with a limiting
star magnitude of 12 to level 4. The limiting magnitude remains 12. You
can imagine what that view looks like!
