Re the A2.0 problem - it wouldn't be as simple as waiting for the CD
to run up would it? I know of at least one piece of Astro software
that has this problem - when you insert the A2.0 CD, if you try to
proceed before the A2.0 CD has run up to speed then it can't find
the appropriate file.

Just a thought.....
