I also have the problem : the mouse wheel has no effect in the quick info
window. But when I click the Edit menu item, it works normally in the new
windows that appears (Notepad). The wheel also works fine in the Toggle user
data sets window.

I noticed (with a slow PC) that the Quick info windows behaves in an odd way
: when I scroll it with the vertical scroll bar, it is not really scrolled,
but rather entirely redrawn, and it seems to blink. So I wonder if this
window really is a "wheel-scrollable" one (in the point of view of the mouse
wheel).
