Ben, the comment about the "sorting" not working correctly puzzled
me briefly. Then it occurred to me to play around with the RA/dec
format, and I found some combinations that result in the sorting not
working on the right column. (I'm normally running with HH:MM:SS,
dd:mm:ss... no trouble with that.)

Bob has found a separate bug, involving longer names. Both bugs
are now repaired, and you can sort by constellation.

Richard, about the mouse wheel: odd thing is that the mouse
wheel _does_ work on my machine. One can use it in the "help"
screens, and in assorted dialog boxes with lists. Dunno why
you're seeing it not work!

Larry, you're right; at the time I posted that "guide8b.zip" file,
I figured it would be used by a grand total of one person, so I
sort of slapped it together without adjusting the version date.
Should I "update the update", I'll add a revised version date.
