Since I begin using my Digital Camera for astrophotography, I find that this
suggestion will be very welcome. For astrometry works, I still use GUIDE in
conjonction with AIP4Win from R.Berry and J. Burnell. In this sofware,
there is a astrometry tool but as it is a Willmann-Bell product, support
only MegaStar. But I write a small program formating the List of GSC star
from Guide and had it read by AIP4Win. It works very well. I already ask
to Bill for a listing off all objets and user add objects like USAO star
dowload from Internet to be put in the generated list.

The next step will be this sugestion to incorporate a Fit images within
Guide, have Guide register the image and save it in Fits format with the new
registred coordinates.

Lot job in perceptive for Bill, but it will add a great functionnality to
this already useful sofware that some competitor don't have.
