'nsv4.dat' is the main data file for the original
NSV, containing information on objects 1 to 14811.
'nsvs.dat' is the "NSV Supplement", containing the
data for NSV 15001 and up. The distinction between
the two is not all that great: the NSVS simply
contains suspected variables identified after those
in the main NSV.

I didn't realize that when writing Guide, though,
and thought the two should be handled separately. The
NSV is controlled as a built-in dataset, in the "Data
Shown" dialog. NSVS is shown as a "user-added dataset".
