Here's a program written by someone else, that takes observations of artificial satellites positions, and converts them into a orbit.

It uses it's own format for observations, and there a program that lets you enter your observations into it, to make a file that the program can use.

Comes in handy for generating orbits for the classified ( us military ) satellites.
I am still fooling around with it to get a good orbit.

Maybe you can take the info from here

And use find orb to get a orbit. I don't see where to enter the guys lat/long in a file that your program uses.
